I fear for us as a people.
In two instances of alarmingly low brain power, I was sent incorrect replacement cards. First, after going to the bank and filling out the proper paperwork to switch the name on the account to my married name…I was sent a replacement debit card with my maiden name. Which is what I already had in my hand. And which helps me exactly none. Then, I receive the 2011 insurance cards in the mail...
