I’m about to look at this list and I’m scared. My favorite Dos Equis Fish Tacos from On the Border always make these lists - eat half and you still hit your cals for the day without margs, chips, or salsa. And yet…I just love them so. mascarah: The Thirty Worst Foods In America. Including coming in as #1 (drumroll…) Carl’s Jr. Double Six Dollar Burger with Medium Natural Cut Fries and 32-oz Coke 2,618 calories (not a typo!!!)144 g fat (51.5 g saturated)2,892 mg sodium Jesus. I’d check this list out- nearly every single major chain restaurant has an item on this list including On the Border, Chili’s, Applebee’s, Ruby Tuesdays, etc. This makes my ZERO chain eating policy even more mandatory. YUCK.
