Week in food

Monday: Fiesta of Gwyneth’s tacos with SHRIMP because I live dangerously, black beans & corn pudding from the Chevy’s cookbook (highly recommended!)

Tuesday: baked buffalo chicken pasta

Wednesday: pasta with sausage, mustard, & basil

Thursday: wild mushroom & red wine risotto

Friday: road tripping it out to the in-laws’ for the weekend

First ugly Christmas sweater party invite of 2010…

The thing is, I don’t have an ugly Christmas sweater and I sure as shit am not spending a cent to wrong that right.

Unless my Princess Jasmine sweater from second grade counts (because obviously I never threw THAT out), I think I’m just going to get ridiculously dressed up instead.
