Week, bye.
Whatever the reasons, some of which I can identify, some of which are that intangible un-pin-pointable yucky off feeling….it is with no sadness that I bid the past few days adieu.
Shit workouts? BYE.
Beating myself up over things that I can’t change and don’t even matter? BYE.
Lazy, irritable attitude? BYE.
Emotional eating? BYE.
Social situation dread? BYE.

I refuse to let next week run me down and eat me alive. Time to move on, chin up, get psyched, and put on my best DO WORK face.
